This truck uses a combination of suction and sweeping, wet dust removal, electro-hydraulic control, and hydraulic tipping and unloading operations to clean the road. The operation mode adopts the “full sweep” mode, and an operation mode with independent control of left and right front sweep is also optional. On this basis, two operating modes, “cleaning mode” and “enhanced mode” have also been added, which can be controlled with one button for easy operation for the driver.
The garbage container is made of SUS304 single-layer whole stainless steel material, which makes the structure strong and does not rust.
The truck uses an electric chassis, electric drive fan, and hydraulic oil pump. It has the advantages of large loading capacity, low noise, and zero emission pollution.
It adopts the structural arrangement of “four-disc brushes in the middle + roller brushes and suction nozzle at the rear”. The front brushes have an automatic avoidance function and automatic reset function when encountering obstacles. When encountering obstacles, the sweeping pan can automatically retract, and after passing the obstacles, it will automatically reset.
The truck adopts a roll-sweeping enhanced suction nozzle with a built-in roll-sweep to prevent garbage leakage. The rolling rubber wheel adopts three-point floating support, which can fit the ground to meet the cleaning requirements of different road surfaces.
The truck has a variety of alarm devices. These include the low water level of the clean water tank, operation prompts, motor failure prompts, controller communication failure alarms, hydraulic oil leakage alarms, dumpster tipping and resetting, and tailgate opening and closing alarms.
The truck adopts an intelligent control system to activate the centralized control of electro-hydraulics. The system is simple to operate, and the driver can complete various operations from the cab.
