Recently, front-line sales and after-sales technical teams from the FULONGMA International business department were invited to a Caribbean island nation to conduct a 17-day training program for the local sanitation department, along with an in-depth market study.

Comprehensive Training on Sanitation Vehicle Operation and Maintenance

The training aimed not only to enhance the local staff’s skills in operating and maintaining FULONGMA’s electric garbage trucks and road sweepers but also to emphasize the importance of correct operational practices. Given that electric vehicles are relatively new to this market, the training was designed to address and rectify issues caused by improper use, ensuring the vehicles operate efficiently and reliably. The training was divided into three stages: pre-operation inspections, key operational considerations during use, and post-operation maintenance. It covered the entire workflow—from vehicle start-up, driving, and charging to routine maintenance. Combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice, the program helped the local team gain proficiency in efficiently operating these advanced sanitation vehicles.

After-Sales Team Resolves Operational Issues

In addition to the training, the FULONGMA International business department’s after-sales technical team conducted a thorough inspection of the client’s existing vehicles, resolving operational issues encountered during their use. These timely interventions ensured that the vehicles remained in peak working condition, further strengthening the FULONGMA brand’s reputation and improving customer satisfaction in the region.

In-Depth Market Study to Support Sanitation Development

To better understand local market needs, the FULONGMA team, alongside the client, conducted an in-depth study of the sanitation market in the Caribbean nation. This involved assessing the overall sanitation operations and evaluating specific use cases for the vehicles. Currently, two FULONGMA electric sanitation vehicles are actively deployed in the nation’s capital, playing a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the city center. This market study provided valuable insights into local requirements, guiding future product development and market expansion efforts.

This training and research initiative has further solidified FULONGMA Group’s relationship with its overseas clients, paving the way for increased international brand recognition. FULONGMA Group remains committed to providing efficient and intelligent comprehensive solutions to the global sanitation industry, ensuring cleaner, more sustainable urban environments across a growing number of countries and regions.
