Fulongma‘s FLMSD08 pure electric self-guidance Vacuum Sweeper is a small fully electric sanitation cleaning robot which boasts high performance, pure electric, intelligent AI, identification technology, adaptive following and obstacle avoidance control technology. The FLMSD08 was developed to overcome narrow spaces and difficult mechanical operations on urban sidewalks and auxiliary roads, via its many functions such as automatic guidance, obstacle avoidance, road surface cleaning, spray dust reduction, pulse dust removal and driving transition.
The sweeper utilizes a compact structural design, with the total width of the machine amounting to only 810mm, allowing it to access narrow areas. The minimum turning radius of the sweeper is only 1.7 m, so the entirety of the road surface can be covered while still addressing the difficulties of narrow spaces urban sidewalks and auxiliary roads.
The sweeper is reliable and safe and is mounted with a camera fitted with an intelligent visual recognition algorithm and ultrasonic radar obstacle avoidance technology. The sweeper can recognize and follow the operators, which effectively ensures the driving safety of the machine during operation. The sweeper is also able to be manually stopped by workers to avoid pushing and pulling the garbage as the operator works. At the same time, the driver’s seat is fully adjustable and ergonomically designed, allowing the operator a comfortable environment to rest and work, greatly reducing the labor intensity of the operations.
The sweeper has simple operating characteristics, strong suction capacity, wide operation range, dust-free operation, and long battery life. When working, the operator only needs to move the hand-held suction cartridge, which is easily accessed via the hand-held suction cylinder and can quickly collect garbage such as leaves, cigarette butts, paper scraps and mineral water bottles in the surrounding radius of 3.5m. The sweepers garbage storing unit is equipped with a powerful filtration system and a pulse vibration dust system, which can ensure the full filtration of fine dust exhausted by the fan during operation and realize dust-free operation. In addition, the sweeper is also equipped with hand-held garbage collection equipment, which is equipped with clips and small garbage bins. The intelligent control system onboard the sweeper can intelligently match the steering, driving and the operation of the fan motor according to the specific working conditions, which ensures optimal performance and minimize the power consumption, with battery life working up to 10h from a single charge.
The sweeper is easy to maintain, and the whole machine is equipped with a variety of sensors. Any sweeper faults can be directly inquired through the display screen, and the issues can be accurately located. The system has many functions including by not limited to self-diagnosis, early warning processing, emergency protection, fault analysis and operation record.
