Dongfeng’s original factory is equipped with a chassis, equipped with an exhaust Cummins 210 engine, 275 tubeless tires, or 10.00R20 steel wire tires.
02. The top configuration of the electric vacuum sweeping truck
Mid-mounted suction cup, Schneider control switch, Jiangling auxiliary engine, Hyprise solenoid valve group, continuously variable automatic clutch, maintenance-free centrifugal fan, high-precision dustbin filter system (up to 0.3 microns), imported pulse valve, tail LED Arrow lights, manual pump emergency system; foggy water spray and wetting function at the rear of the truck.
03. Optional configuration of electric vacuum sweeping truck
Optional hydraulic oil heating device to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system in winter when it is severely cold.
The optional crushing devices can be used to crush the fallen leaves on the road surface during the leaf-falling season to improve the vehicle cleaning effect.
An optional clear water tank, equipped with an unloading spray dust reduction device, can effectively reduce the secondary dust caused by unloading.

Equipped with a large-capacity drive battery, the whole vehicle has a small curb weight, a larger load mass, and lower driving energy consumption.
The unique sweeping vacuum cover and cylinder slider adjustment combined mechanism + central wide suction nozzle arrangement is adopted to solve the dust raising problem of the sweeping operation and sweep away the rubbish along the road;
Equipped with dry and wet switching control mechanism and suction switch adjustment mechanism of left and right cleaning devices, which realizes diversification of operation modes.
The dustbin of the pure suction vacuum truck is made of SUS304 stainless steel as a whole, which will never rust.
The unique dustbin structure is adopted, and the maintenance and disassembly of the filter cartridge are simple and convenient. The inclined box structure of the garbage box is convenient for unloading without manual intervention.
The whole vehicle adopts 16 cone-shaped membrane filter cartridges with a filtration area of ≥160 square meters. The filter area is large and the suction effect is better.
The panel has video functions such as fault diagnosis, digital testing, real-time display, and monitoring of auxiliary engine speed, water temperature, operating conditions, etc. The operation status is clear and maintenance is easy.
