From 6 to 8 August, the 2021-2022 CAUES Expo, with the theme of “Moving into a new journey of sanitation development and opening up a new situation in the era of double carbon”, was held at the Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Centre. Representatives from the national sanitation system authorities at all levels, local sanitation associations, relevant universities, research institutes and industry-related enterprises gathered together to celebrate the event. The exhibition attracted over 10,000 visitors on the first day.
At the exhibition, FULONGMA Group presented the company’s newly developed mobile charging robot, intelligent blowing robot and sandbox model of 20t/d food waste treatment project. The new chassis technology attracted many on-site visitors to stop and watch and consult.
The FULONGMA brand mobile charging vehicle is equipped with a wire-controlled chassis and is equipped with special devices such as energy storage batteries, charging piles and operating displays. It can provide charging services for vehicles parked in small areas such as the interior of the district, underground garages and back alleys. The vehicle can be fixed in some car parks, communities and other public areas for charging services, but can also be carried in some special carriages, when working through the tailboard lift platform of the special vehicle to the ground and then remotely operated to walk to the vehicle to be charged, along with the vehicle for road rescue.
The “FULONGMA” brand sweeper is equipped with a wire-controlled chassis and special devices such as sweeper, water tank, high-pressure water circuit and blower. It can collect the rubbish on the sidewalks, auxiliary lanes of motor vehicles, back streets and alleys waiting to be swept, so that the whole road surface can be swept and cleaned at once, without the need to sweep the road surface several times.
The 20t/d food waste treatment plant is compatible with kitchen waste, residential food waste and organic waste from farmers’ markets, with no special restrictions on the proportion of several materials. The main food waste treatment process is pre-treatment + sewage treatment, where the pre-treatment process is “sorting and crushing + solid-liquid separation + aerobic fermentation”. The wastewater treatment is carried out using our iMBR-BOX, an intelligent integrated leachate treatment system consisting of a two-stage pre-treatment unit, a biochemical unit, a membrane depth treatment unit and a dosing unit. The main process adopts “two-stage high efficiency pretreatment + A/O-MBR”, the reduction rate of this process can reach more than 85%, the output meets the relevant requirements, and the wastewater treatment reaches the tertiary standard of the “Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard”.
