The FULONGMA 18-ton road sweeper is a special vehicle developed for cleaning road waste. 01. Sweeper’s top-mounted configuration

02. Working principle of road sweeper
1. Cleaning: The auxiliary engine drives the hydraulic oil pump and fans to work. The hydraulic oil pump drives the left and right sweep discs to expand, lift and rotate. The left and right sweeping pans sweep the rubbish on both sides to the bottom of the sweeper and in front of the suction nozzle. The work of the fan makes the air duct composed of the dustbin, the suction pipe, and the suction nozzle generate a high-speed airflow. Under the action of the airflow, the garbage is sucked into the suction nozzle and into the dustbin. The chassis engine drives the washing and sweeping vehicle to move forward, and the garbage that is swept in front of the suction nozzle continuously enters the suction nozzle and is continuously sucked into the garbage bin to achieve road cleaning.
2. Washing and sweeping: While the sweeping device is working, the auxiliary engine drives a high-pressure water pump equipped with a special clutch to participate in the work. The high-pressure water pump pressurizes the clean water from the clean water tank and then sends it to the spray rod in the nozzle and the left and right spray rods through the high-pressure pipeline control valve. Each spray rod is equipped with a number of special stainless steel fan nozzles. The fan-shaped water curtain sprayed by the nozzle forms a U-shaped water jet with a total width of not less than 3.5m, which directly washes the road surface, and the water after washing the road surface is sucked back into the trash can to realize the road cleaning. Scrubbing of curb and curbstone facades: use the left or right vertical sweep of the sweeping disc, the curbstone cleaning nozzle on the left or right spray bar, and choose the left or right scrubbing operation mode for cleaning and sweeping operations. Or wash the right side of the road and the roadside stone facade.
3. Low-pressure washing: use the low pressure and large flow of the centrifugal water pump to wash the road surface for use as a sprinkler.
03. Advantages of road sweeper
1. Adopting a four-disc sweeper in the center + built-in roller sweep nozzle on the rear to combine sweeping and suction, wet dust removal, electro-hydraulic gas control, hydraulic tipping, and unloading.
2. The garbage bin adopts a whole stainless steel single-layer structure, and the whole is not rusty.
3. Use the hydraulic system to control the movement of special working devices such as the expansion and lifting of the sweeping plate, and the lifting of the suction nozzle.
4. It has a pneumatic net pipe antifreeze device, which can effectively ensure that the parts of the water spray device will not burst due to icing and cause structural damage.
5. The sweeping brush grounding adjustment mechanism adopts chain adjustment control to ensure that the amount of contact between the sweeping hair and the ground is within a certain range, and the mechanism is simple and reliable.
