1. Side brush of road sweeper
The side brush of the road sweeper sweeps the garbage in the corner from the outside to the inside, focusing on the area that the main brush can clean; the main brush sweeps the garbage to the front of the suction cup;
2. Suction cup
The suction cup continuously sucks the rubbish swept into the rubbish bin;
3. Filtering system
The filter system filters the dust to prevent the discharged gas from polluting the environment and affecting the health of the operator;
4. Suction system
The suction system includes a high-power fan, which can completely suck the garbage into the housing filter dust container. The housing filter dust container does not require frequent replacement or maintenance. Continuous shaking and vibration during work can make the machine work for a long time, but it will not be blocked.
5. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system consists of two parts, the lifting hydraulic circuit, and the cleaning hydraulic circuit. The lifting circuit controls the tipping of the trash bin body and the opening and closing of the rear hatch. The cleaning circuit controls the rotation of the left and right sweeping brushes and wide brushes, the extension, and recovery of the left and right sweeping brushes, and the left and right turning off the wide brushes;
6. Power system
The power system is mainly natural gas, diesel engine, or gasoline. Generally speaking, Fulongma road sweepers are driven by natural gas and diesel engines, and they have advantages in power and fuel replacement;
7. Pneumatic system
In the pneumatic system, the auxiliary engine drive motor drives the fan to generate working pressure in the closed trash box body, to achieve the ability to suck the trash into the trash box and realize the washing and sweeping function;
8. Water system
The water system gets its water source from the storage tank. During operation, the water nozzles continuously spray water according to the requirements of the operation to prevent dust. The position and quantity of the water spray are controlled by the operator. The pressure of the water system can be adjusted through a safety valve.
