1. Road Sweeper Introduction
Equipped with garbage, dust collection bin, and cleaning system, special structure special operation vehicle used to remove and collect garbage and other dirt is called road sweeper. It can be widely used in mechanized cleaning and cleaning operations in city streets, municipal squares, large factories, and mines.
2. Road sweeper classification
A. Sort by the operation mode
- Pure sweeping type-the removal of road garbage owners mainly rely on the brush. During the cleaning work, sweep the garbage into (or thrown into) the garbage bin with the sweeping brush (or mechanically throwing materials) to remove road garbage.
- Pure suction sweeper-equipped with a pneumatic conveying system composed of a fan (or other air extraction device), a suction nozzle, an air duct, and a dustbin. During the cleaning work, the dynamic pressure and static pressure generated by the operation of the fan (or other air extraction device) in the pneumatic conveying system are used to suck the road garbage into the garbage bin through the suction nozzle to achieve the purpose of removing road garbage.
- Suction & sweeping sweeper-equipped with a sweeping system and a pneumatic conveying system consisting of a fan (or other air extraction device), a suction nozzle, an air duct, a dustbin, etc. During the cleaning operation, use the sweeping brush to sweep the road garbage to the front of the suction nozzle, and use the dynamic pressure and static pressure generated by the fan (or other air extraction device) in the pneumatic conveying system to suck the road garbage into the garbage bin through the suction nozzle To achieve the purpose of removing road garbage.
B. Sort by dust removal method
- Dry sweeper, wet sweeper, wet and dry sweeper
3. Principle of pneumatic conveying of sweeper
The auxiliary engine drives the fan to draw out the air in the dustbin, making the dustbin in a negative pressure state, and the suction nozzle is grounded. The supplementary airflow flows into the suction drum at high speed from the gap between the suction nozzle and the ground, then dust, sand, and other garbage are conveyed with an air force and taken into the trash can.
