A cleaning vehicle refers to a sanitation vehicle that uses water as a medium to wash and clean road surfaces, guardrails, and other locations.
Its working principle is to use the (high-pressure) water pump to generate a pressurized water stream, spray it through the nozzle to clean the old dirt on the road;
It is composed of a second-class automobile chassis, tank body, low-pressure water circuit, air circuit system, auxiliary engine system (only high-pressure cleaning vehicle), high-pressure water circuit (only high-pressure cleaning vehicle), and hydraulic system (some medium-sized cleaning vehicles and some optional equipment).
1. Tank body
As the name suggests, the main function of the tank is to load the medium water required for the cleaning truck operation. It is usually composed of auxiliary beams, supporting corbels, water tanks, wave breakers, and rear platforms.
2. Low-pressure water pump
Most of the water pumps used in the company’s medium-sized and above cleaning vehicles are Hangzhou Weilong’s 65QZB-50/110 self-lubricating sprinkler pumps. The rated speed is 1480rpm, the Yangcheng range is 110m, and the flow rate is 50m³/h.
3. Power take-off ratio
When selling the top mount of the cleaning car, the speed of the chassis engine is different due to the different speed ratio of the chassis power take-off.
4. Sub-engine system
The auxiliary engine system of the company’s medium-sized and above washing vehicles adopts the technical route of auxiliary engine → clutch → gearbox → high-pressure water pump. The auxiliary engine drives the high-pressure water pump to provide high-pressure water flow for operation.
5. High-pressure waterway
The high-pressure water system is equipped with the double protection of the safety valve and overflow valve (pressure regulating valve). The air valve is used to control the expansion and contraction of the air cylinder to realize the opening and closing of the ball valve and the lifting and swinging of the water spray frame. The whole system is composed of an air cylinder, air valve, air pipe, and so on.
6. Water spray device
Front spray frame cleaning device (high pressure)
The front high-pressure cleaning device is composed of three cleaning racks, which can form a complete cleaning plane. The outstretching cleaning device has the function of avoiding obstacles by itself, and will not cause structural damage when colliding with the curb, preventing the formation of dead corners in roadside operations.
Single point dredging (high pressure)
With a multi-angle single-point dredging function, it is suitable for the removal of local sanitary corners of highways.
Car wash gun (high pressure)
The rear part of the carriage is equipped with a high-pressure cleaning gun, which can be used to clean road signs, billboards, and self-cleaning of the car body.
Right side guardrail cleaning nozzle (high pressure)
The right side guardrail cleaning nozzle can wash the sidewalk guardrail and road shoulder at high pressure during driving
Front duckbill (low pressure)
Left and right side flush (low pressure)
The left-center columnar side punching device, the right rear columnar side punching device, the nozzle can be adjusted by 360° left and right, and 360° up and down arbitrarily.
Rear high spray (low pressure)
The rear high spray gun can be adjusted into a column or fog shape for garden irrigation and road dust reduction. It can also be used to assist firefighting.
After round sprinkle (low pressure)
Guardrail cleaning roller brush (optional, high pressure)
It can be used to clean the guardrails on both sides of the road, and the auxiliary engine drives the gear to drive the rolling sweep.
Spray system (optional, high pressure)
The spray system is located at the rear of the cleaning vehicle and can be equipped with an upper spray pipe or a lower spray pipe, and upper and lower spray pipes. The upper and lower sprays can be used separately or at the same time.
Watering the flowers on the left and right sides (optional, low pressure)
Can be used for garden irrigation
Lifting platform (optional)
It can be used for road administration and garden climbing operation requirements such as street lamp maintenance, tree pruning, street sign cleaning, etc.
The power unit is driven by the chassis battery.
