FEATURES

The truck includes tank assembly, hydraulic system, electronic control system, protection system, air system, low-pressure spray system, mechanical arm assembly, crusher assembly, and conveyor belt assembly.

The hydraulic power system of the vehicle outputs power through the chassis gearbox full-power PTO and side PTO. The full-power PTO drives the high-pressure closed variable pump and gear pump, and the power output is used for the crusher. The front motor, conveyor belt, and side PTO drive a high-pressure closed variable pump and gear pump, and its power output is used for the rear motor and mechanical arm of the crusher. The truck’s emissions meet China VI emission standards.

The truck can move to cover multiple garbage stations, and the crushed garbage directly connects to the nearby garbage collection and transportation truck.

The robotic arm has safety protection functions such as one-key feeding, returning, reaching the designated position, monitoring, and automatic obstacle avoidance. The double-shaft crusher has automatic crushing of large garbage and automatic shutdown protection. The conveyor belt can be folded and placed at any angle. The box body adopts a detachable cover plate to facilitate the maintenance of the crusher. It is also equipped with a monitor that can view the situation in the crushing chamber in real-time to ensure safety during the operation. The robot arm adopts remote control, and all luffing can move at the same time to shorten the working time. The remote control is equipped with buttons with one key to place (in the designated position) and one key to return to reduce operational complexity. The robotic arm can grab garbage with one button in place, and the operation is simple. Equipped with an infrared anti-collision device to avoid interference between the mechanical arm and the vehicle’s structure to improve work safety. There is a remote visualization device on the robotic arm, and personnel can monitor and operate in real-time from a distance, which is safe and reliable. The remote control has an emergency stop button, which is safe and simple to operate.
